The ageing for at least twelve years highlights the woody aroma, while creating an appropriate balance between the delicacy of fruity flavours and robustness of Aguardiente. Sensations of chocolate, coffee, cocoa and tobacco are also evoked. Añejo Centuria results smooth and sturdy on the palate.
