Hiligensee is a blended whisky having matured in traditional oak barrels until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours. Hints of leafy, spring blossom, overlaid with a subtile vanilla oakness aroma. Beautifully mellow and sweet with a gentle oak palate combined with subtile spices and a fruity character.
